They installed two new faucets in my master bath vanity. Very professional and neat. They also installed new shut off valves and p traps as mine were 25 years old and needed replacing.

We're a commercial building in Irvine and needed plumbing service urgently. Professional Plumbing was able to send someone out within a couple of hours--super fast response! I really appreciated that they gave us a price estimate over the phone, unlike other companies that insisted on charging an inspection fee just to provide a quote. These guys are PRO's. Everything about the experience was above and beyond. Called them first thing in the morning and they were at my house within 30 minutes to check things out. They gave me a quote for a new water heater replacement and we're back at my house the next morning to switch it out. Nick and his partner (I forgot his name...dang) were amazing. They were not only friendly but very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I definitely appreciate the great customer service they provided. I will definitely use them for any other future jobs.

I live in a town home that has a shared wall with another unit. There was water coming up from the floor that we needed to detect where it was coming from. The plumber that came out was nice and very knowledgeable, however he was unable to say exactly what the problem was. I had to call another company to come out to pinpoint the problem. Received an invoice for $395 for them to tell me what it could possibly be. When I called about getting the invoiced lowered, they could care less.
Vince Sargent with Professional Plumbing, Inc. did an excellent job in repairing my shower leaks, changed the down spout and the shower knobs and at a reasonable price. Breaking the shower wall was not needed as the others had insisted. Vince is meticulous and conscientious and made certain that the shower knobs were secure. He even came back the next day because he found a screw to replace the screw from Home Depot that just didn't fit right, albeit an older screw but it firmly secured the connection. I've learned that changing the shower knobs to a shower lever only requires that the brand should be the same as the original piping manufacturer, which will not require breaking the shower walls as the other plumbers had claimed that it was the ONLY way to change the shower knobs. Before Vince, I've had the misfortune of many plumbers to repair but it was a perineal problem; leaking practically every 5-6 months giving the excuse that the only solution was to tear-down the shower wall and change the pipes because it was an old house! I highly recommend Professional Plumbing Inc.
Had a leaky angle stop. Been dealing with this problem almost a week. The first opening was the next day. No hot water for a whole day.

As promised, John arrived promptly diagnosed the problem. He said he could fix it and he did a great job.

I discovered a leak in my bathroom. After calling, Vince did a thorough inspection and found an additional leak in the foundation that I hadn't noticed. He was straightforward about what needed to be done, and the work was completed quickly and efficiently. Will be using in the future.

I've been searching for a while for a residential plumber who specializes in fixing intricate fixtures like my Cal Faucets shower controller. I saw the great reviews for Professional Plumbing and decided to give them a try. I was able to get an estimate within the week with Nick (who is also a Supervisor). I had called Cal Faucets before and got all of the necessary replacement parts, so when Nick arrived to give me an estimate, he was able to fix it on the spot. He was friendly, very knowledgeable about more expensive finishings, and left our shower looking and working perfectly. I was so impressed and thankful to have our shower working again. Their prices were comparable to what we had paid in the past. I would absolutely recommend Professional Plumbing.
Had a puddle of water in a downstairs bathroom. Vince gave an ETA, showed up on time, and diagnosed the problem (root intrusion into the main drain pipe) with a snake-cam - clearly explaining what he was doing the entire time. In watching him work, I could easily tell that he is experienced, careful, and thorough. Thanks for unclogging the drain, re-installing the toilet, and replacing the angle stop and fill valve.

Vince and Dustin came out to repipe for a new shower head. Communication beforehand was great. I felt that Vince took the time to understand exactly what I wanted as well as how the shower system needed to be installed. I had received estimates from 2 other companies. While Professional Plumbing wasn't the cheapest, they asked thoughtful questions and I had the most confidence in their ability to pay attention to the installation measurements. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

We've had a new kitchen put in! So we needed hookups for the waste disposal, the sink, the dishwasher, and gas range. Standard stuff, but wow, the guys from Professional Plumbing made a beautiful job of it.
Greatest achievement was to plumb in the washing machine in the old laundry room attached to the garage where the w/machine discharged into an old cast iron sink, which often clogged up and overflowed. (Ugh!) They performed a work of art to get the H and C supplies routed around the old iron drain and provide us with the modern hookup and outflow that most any other house would take for granted. I was delighted with their creativity and patience, completing what was NOT an easy job. You guys rock!
Oscar and his buddy were funny, and gracious. Above all the job was so reasonably priced! They will get ALL my future plumbing jobs.

A number of different plumbers work for the business and a lot depends on who you get. This time, the plumber did not show up for a second visit as agreed. I wasn't notified in advance but received a couple of calls during the appointment window.
We rescheduled. This was a minor issue but fairly expensive. Small details were an up-charge. For example, the plumber installed new drains but wanted to charge extra to install the linkage we supplied for the drain plugs. (We declined.)
Ultimately we felt there was little consideration for our time and a substantial effort to run up charges. It's not a good way to get repeat business.

Professional Plumbing took care of a stubborn backed up drain in my main bathroom today. Called PP this am and they had a service tech out to my place early afternoon. Vince was courteous, professional and explained the likely cause, all service options and pricing up front. He quickly got to work , kept his work area safe and tidy and provided quality work. He was very friendly and informative and had the work done quickly and thoroughly. I have used Professional Plumbing several times in the past for my plumbing needs and they have always offered professional, honest and affordable service. Vince made sure this service call did not disappoint. Highly recommend these guys!
Professional Plumbing was fantastic. I had noticed that I had some wet dry wall in the ceiling underneath a bathroom and was fearing the worst. Made the appointment via Yelp, and followed up with a call to the number listed to make sure I was on the schedule, since you can't count on computers, and was greeted by Liz how was very helpful fill in confirming my service appointment for the following day...oh this was on Labor Day and she still answer and provided fantastic service explaining what to expected and when to expect it.

When it was all said and done my leak was fixed and now I can have a tradesman that bows how to deal with damp dry wall come out and fix that issue.

We had a great experience with Professional Plumbling! Vince came out quickly, diagnosed the problem (a sink drain leak, probably caused by a recent earthquake), and repaired it quickly, effectively, and at a reasonable price. Vince is kind, professional, and extremely knowledgable. He said he would figure out the problem by process of elimination and that it might take a while. It turned out that the issue was the first thing he tested for, showing he knew what he was doing because he knew what the problem probably was, and also he's ethical, because he tested for the most likely problem first. I would recommend Professional Plumbing to anyone!

I called on Saturday for a toilet leak and they got back to me Monday morning since it was not an emergency. I appreciated that they were able to help me same day with a two hour window of when to expect the tech. Their tech Oscar called me when he was 15 minutes away. They provide free quotes and were able to fix the problem after the quote was given. Very professional.
I called because I needed to have my angle valve under the kitchen sink replaced. The appointment was 12 - 2, but Oscar, my plumber, called and was able to come early.
Oscar was friendly, clean, very competent, and quickly diagnosed my issue, I didn't need a new valve! He tightened the nut on the faucet.

Jon is the best! He has helped us with a number of plumbing projects (moving bizarre DIY pipelines our seller placed, multiple sink repairs, hot water heater service) and we will be contacting him for all our future projects. He did a pressure test and we were able to determine that our main line came through the garage, meaning we could have our water softener installed in the garage rather than outside. I was very pleased about this! Jon is extremely responsive, always on time, honest and professional. Pricing is competitive, reasonable and upfront. Thanks Jon!
Another great experience with Vince. He handled a leaking problem for our sink pipe a previously. We had another leak so we knew who we could count on. Vince was very professional and before he started he explained what he would do and how much it would cost. After agreeing on the price he started and finished the job ( replaced the kitchen faucet and the hot and cold shut off valves ) efficiently and left the place looking clean and tidy.

This company is absolutely fantastic to call if you ever have a plumbing emergency & need a quick response! I was referred by my family who used their services in the past. The Office Manager, Liz, was able to schedule me for an appointment right away and in less than an hour, their plumber Vince was already here inspecting the clog in our pipes. I was very impressed with how quick & efficient Vince was at identifying our plumbing problem & fixing it extremely quickly. This company's professionalism & willingness to respond quickly rather than just put your name on a list & say they'll have someone out there at some point, was very impressive & not something you see everyday. I was very pleased with Liz & Vince's phenomenal customer service! I will definitely be utilizing this company's services in the future if a plumbing emergency ever occurs again (though I'm hoping that won't happen again for quite some time LOL).
